1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jd999 platform available at jd999.bet (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued use of jd999 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. jd999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

The Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and jd999 with respect to your use of the Platform. No oral or written representations outside the Agreement shall have binding effect unless confirmed in writing by an authorised jd999 representative.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the jd999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jd999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or access any gaming content.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jd999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jd999 Platform via the self-exclusion programme or been permanently suspended for a terms violation.
• You are of sound legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jd999 operates responsible gaming measures consistent with globally recognised standards. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, or has provided false information during registration, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and refer the matter for further review. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after identity confirmation, with no gaming winnings paid out.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one active jd999 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jd999 will close all but the original account, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. jd999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to secure and compliant operations, jd999 may conduct Know Your Customer verification at various stages of your account lifecycle. KYC checks may include identity verification, address confirmation, and source-of-funds review. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jd999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your jd999 account balance upon confirmation from the respective payment gateway. jd999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

All funds deposited into your jd999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jd999 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jd999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside BST business hours, or withdrawals that trigger additional verification requirements, may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals are subject to completion of active KYC verification and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jd999 does not apply currency conversion at any point in the transaction process. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard using a non-BDT card may incur currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer, for which jd999 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent jd999's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets with the aim of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited. jd999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Promotion Changes

jd999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion and are actively satisfying its wagering requirements will not have those in-progress terms retroactively changed to their detriment.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jd999 Platform — including live casino tables, slots, fishing games, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective game rules as established by the game providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, and PG Soft). In the event of any dispute about a game outcome, the records held by jd999 and the relevant game provider shall be considered definitive.

6.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, jd999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings that arise as a direct result of a confirmed technical error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. jd999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all technical malfunction disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

8. Account Closure & Suspension

jd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against jd999 by the player
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting software

• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jd999 will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the registered email address. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player upon confirmation of identity and the absence of outstanding compliance issues, except where withholding is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jd999 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to any dormancy action. After the dormancy period, jd999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳150 against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 9. Additional Terms

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of jd999. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment purposes only.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jd999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service. jd999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Amendments to These Terms

jd999 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication. Where changes materially affect player rights or obligations, jd999 will endeavour to provide notice via the registered email address at least 7 days in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
